The NRU Scholarship Russia was established in 2001 and was designed as a means to attract the brightest students from over 90 countries around the globe.
The program offers an opportunity to study at state academies and universities in Russia and to engage in research work with world-renowned professors, faculties, and institutes for five years (4 semesters) beginning from September 1, 2022. Fees and living expenses are fully covered. The scholarship is awarded for five years (4 semesters).
Citizens from countries that have no diplomatic relations with Russia can apply for a scholarship if they are permanent residents of any country except the United States, Canada, Great Britain, or its dependencies.
The scholarship is available to all international students who will be between 18 and 22 years old by September 1, 2022. There is no age limit for applicants who are currently enrolled in a university.
